GUY MCLAREN
PRINCIPAL ASSOCIATE
Guy brings twenty five years of FMCG experience in Sales, Marketing, NPD and C-Suite roles.

He has worked internationally and in Australia, for organisations such Mars, L'Oreal, Coles and Simplot. But Guy’s real passion lies in taking the disciplines of these businesses and combining these with the speed and agility of small and medium enterprises.

He has a strong record of building challenger brands into category leaders. Over ten years as Commercial Director, Guy helped develop "Charlie Bighams" from their first sales to supermarkets to the largest ready meal brand in the UK. More recently Guy was the GM of Cobs Popcorn, applying these practices to double the size of the business and making Cobs Australia’s number 1 popcorn brand.
Outside of work, Guy is either cooking or eating….or running marathons (which allows him to excuse the eating)
